The Industrial Project Services GmbH (IPS GmbH) was founded in 2004 by the partners of the Prolynx GbR.
The increase of demand for professional project management services and support resulted in the formation of the IPS GmbH. The company today is a pool of employees and external resources supporting the Prolynx GbR in its projects but also acting independently by providing direct services to its own customers.
The mid-term objective of the company is to increase its number of personnel further, to qualify its personnel equally and to increase the provision of project management services. Therefore IPS continuously searches for young graduated engineers who are willing to dive into the national and international plant construction business.
Job applicants shall fulfil the following preconditions:
- Preferably a degree in process engineering or other technical areas.
- Degree or background in economics.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Willingness to work in other national and international places.
The long-term objective is the provision of integrated project management teams for small and medium size projects covering all aspects of managing, controlling and executing of projects. These teams will be able to support plant/project owners during the project setup and executions phases in the aspects of but not limited to feasibility studies, definition of contractual requirements and procedures, sourcing of contractors, overall schedule development and maintenance, cost control and cash flow projection, plant turnover management and control. The plant/project owners will benefit from the multidisciplinary and international experience of all team members and will receive professional support to lead the project to its success.
